Yes! We offer both in-person sessions at our Alabama office and telehealth sessions for clients in Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Missouri, and California.
The length of therapy depends on individual needs and goals. Some clients work with us for a few months, while others benefit from long-term support. Typical Comprehensive DBT treatment lasts for 6 months to 1 year.
We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, we provide monthly statements with the necessary codes for possible reimbursement. Please watch the video below for tips and tricks on submitting your claim.
A single-case agreement allows your insurance provider to cover out-of-network treatment at in-network rates—often when there aren’t in-network providers with the specialized care you need.
