We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, we provide monthly statements with the necessary codes for possible reimbursement.

A single-case agreement is an arrangement where your insurance provider agrees to cover out-of-network treatment at in-network rates. We are happy to assist with this process.
