At The Wise Center, our DBT skills groups offer clients the opportunity to experience transformative, life-changing growth. Through the four core modules of Dialectical Behavior Therapy—Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Distress Tolerance—clients acquire powerful tools that help them manage emotions, build stronger relationships, and face life’s challenges with resilience and confidence.

These groups go beyond just teaching skills; they create a supportive, validating environment where clients can connect with others on similar journeys. The shared experience fosters a sense of community and accountability, making it easier to practice new skills and maintain lasting change.

Whether in a small group of no more than 10 clients or through individual one-on-one training with a DBT-trained therapist, participants gain not only the tools to transform their lives but also the encouragement and understanding of others walking alongside them. Our flexible offerings—both virtual and in-person—make it easy to incorporate DBT skills training into even the busiest schedules.
